1. Privacy Principles
The LFlagIndex platform (accessible via lflagindex.is-a.dev) is self-hosted on a personal machine located in France, under the direct personal responsibility of Yon Flaire (Founder and Legal Representative, contact: lflagindex@gmx.com).
We are deeply committed to user privacy: we do not integrate commercial third-party advertising trackers, do not sell user records to external data brokers, and strictly limit collected data to what is required for security and core platform operations.
2. Processed Information
Data processed during your use of LFlagIndex includes:
- Account Data: Public username, email address (used strictly for login and ticket alerts), and securely hashed passwords (one-way salted encryption using
bcrypt, inaccessible even to site Administrators). - Community Content: Forum discussions, direct live messages, ticket explanations, and uploaded proof images.
- Technical Records: Server request timestamps and technical IP headers (retained temporarily to protect against denial-of-service and brute-force attacks).
3. Cookies & Local Storage

4. Data Retention Periods
- Member Accounts: Retained until user deletion request or after 2 years of continuous inactivity.
- Evidence Files: Retained for the duration of case review or active listing lifecycle. Administrators have access to a permanent server file purge tool.
5. Your Rights (Access, Correction & Deletion)
Under GDPR Articles 15 through 21, you retain full rights to access, rectify, port, and permanently delete your personal information.
