1. Platform Publisher

The LFlagIndex platform (accessible at lflagindex.is-a.dev) is an independent community registry dedicated to indexing, evaluating reliability, and monitoring gaming servers and platforms.

2. Technical Infrastructure & Hosting

The platform is self-hosted on a personal machine located in France, under the direct personal responsibility of Yon Flaire.

Hosting Location: France.
Security & Encryption: Communications secured via modern cryptographic TLS / HTTPS encryption.

3. Host Status & Liability Limitation

Under applicable digital economy directives (including EU e-Commerce Directive and French LCEN Art. 6), LFlagIndex acts as an intermediary hosting provider for third-party content published by community members on the forum and report submission channels.

LFlagIndex is not under a general monitoring obligation for user-submitted content. However, our active Administrator team operates promptly to remove illicit, defamatory, or fraudulent material upon receiving validated notice.

Reviews and filed reports reflect only the views of their respective authors. LFlagIndex strives to verify provided visual evidence (screenshots, logs, transaction records) prior to assigning any official label in the public Index.

4. Notice and Takedown Procedure

If you identify content that infringes upon your rights or constitutes false defamatory statements, you may submit a takedown request:

By filing a formal mediation request through the Submit Report form;
By emailing the Administration at lflagindex@gmx.com with the exact URL and substantiating documentation.

Legitimate requests are reviewed and resolved by an Administrator within 48 business hours.

5. Trademarks & Intellectual Property

All website software, custom design assets, and database compilations remain the intellectual property of LFlagIndex.
