Community Charter & Terms of Service

1. Purpose & Acceptance

By creating an account, posting in the community forum, or filing tickets on LFlagIndex, you unconditionally agree to these Terms. All members are expected to interact respectfully, constructively, and honestly.

2. Community Forum & Live Chat Rules

• Harassment & Hate Speech: Severe insult, discriminatory remarks, personal attacks, and cyberbullying are strictly prohibited.
• Doxxing: Revealing real-world identity, private addresses, phone numbers, or confidential personal data without consent is grounds for an immediate permanent ban.
• Malware, Phishing & Fraud: Posting malicious download links, counterfeit server installers, Steam credentials phishing, or token grabbers will result in permanent removal and reporting to relevant networks.
• Spam & Deceptive Promotion: Flooding chat channels, repeating promotional messages, or astroturfing fake positive reviews is forbidden.

3. Case Submission Standards (Tickets)

To protect registry credibility and avoid groundless disparagement, cases submitted to moderation must follow strict standards:

• Verifiable Evidence Required: Reports accusing servers of scams, abusive monetization, or security breaches must be accompanied by timestamped screenshots, logs, or transaction confirmations.
• Prohibition of Fake Evidence: Fabricated evidence or coordinated smear campaigns will lead to case dismissal and account termination.
• Upload Specifications: Only .png, .jpg, and .jpeg images are accepted, with generous file limits up to 500 MB per file to allow high-resolution proof compilations.

4. Role & Authority of Administrators

The Administration team is empowered to enforce this charter. Administrators hold full authority to:

• Remove any forum comment, discussion, or ticket violating community standards;
• Pin key announcements and lock settled or disruptive debates;
• Validate, classify, or reject submissions for the official Index;
• Issue warnings or permanently ban offending accounts.

5. Moderation Sanctions Ladder

Depending on violation severity, the following steps are enforced:

• Level 1: Formal warning and removal of the offending message;
• Level 2: Temporary mute on the live forum stream and suspension of report filing privileges;
• Level 3: Permanent account ban and server IP blacklisting.
